The story of Mi-Mi's Ice Cream began with our love for making sweet frozen desserts that delight every palate and satisfy any sweet tooth. My first job was at an Ice Cream shop in Florida. I moved to Virginia 15 years ago. Ice cream makes everyone happy. My fiance and I realized there were no ice cream shops in the area and we love ice cream so we thought it would be perfect to serve something that makes us happy as well as so many other people.
